চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ

• অফিস / মার্চেন্ট থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ এবং ডেলিভারি করতে হবে।
• অবশ্যই নিজস্ব মোটর সাইকেল অথবা ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স / লার্নার কার্ড থাকতে হবে

শিক্ষাগতযোগ্যতা

• এসএসসি/ এইচএসসি (অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীরা অগ্রাধিকার পাবে )

• বয়স ২১ থেকে ২৬ বছর
• শুধুমাত্র পুরুষরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন
• উদ্যমী এবং স্মার্ট হতে হবে
• অবশ্যই নিজস্ব মোটর সাইকেল , এনআইডি/ পাসপোর্ট/, ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স / লার্নারকার্ড থাকতে হবে

বেতন

• ৯,০০০ টাকা + ওভারটাইম + মোটর সাইকেল অ্যালাউন্স ১,৫০০ টাকা + মোবাইল বিল

Job Post: Customer Care Executive (Morning & Evening Shift)

Job Context

• Working Time: Morning Sift : 8 am – 4 pm (Only Female) , Evening Shift 4 pm – 12 am (Only Male)

Job Responsibilities

• Receive & make call to the customers.
• Capable to handle customer queries & complains instantly.
• Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.
• Collect customer’s feedback.
• Must able to work by shifting & willingly work in Govt holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Positive attitude and self motivated.
• Make Report to Supervisor.

• Capturing, editing, and producing photos and videos of subjects/Products for  internal and external purposes.
• Must have innovative & aesthetic sense, capable of making creative digital content & familiar with latest video editing trends.
• Capture studio-quality photographs and video.
• Add graphics, effects, text, subtitles, animation, etc. to different recorded videos.
• Plan and create catchy social media videos.
• Technical ability to create and edit screen share and live video.

• Responsible to build relationship approach to the prospective Vendors.
• Collect, forecast and analyses the market data for operating plan.
• Visit the target Vendors and ensure Vendor satisfaction.
• Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate goals and achieve sales target.
• Presenting company product and services to the Vendors.
• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
